The
diary deadline is Wednesday at noon three days after the
copy deadline; you'll find the next year's copy deadlines
here, and the next one on page 4 of the current
issue of the magazine. (Where do I find the magazine?)
If you need to delete or amend events after the deadline, please email the editor. If you add events after the deadline, they may not go into the magazine.
You can add entries as far ahead as you like: you could enter dates for June events in February, and they'll go into the June–July issue.
Please take a look at a back issue (kept in Sawston Library, or ask a team member for one) to see how little space we have! The shorter you can keep your entry, the better.
Events in the diary should be for everyone: not just members of a club, for example. So school fetes, but not a year 3 parents’ meeting. No need to put 'Everyone welcome' – but if they're not, it probably shouldn't go in the diary.
